About Ethan

My van was parked in at the back of a Walmart lot when I gave my life to Jesus. That van was my home, and God met me there as a prayed and asked Him who He was.

Starting then, I tried to be obedient the best way I knew how, but most of what I knew then was worldly. These worldly attempts at godly living didn't stop God from getting me where He wanted me, but it caused plenty of needless pain and loss along the way.

I crash landed, with no van, no home, and no connections, on a couch in northern New Hampshire. About a month later, God prompted me to take a hike, and on top of a mountain I met the couple that would become my pastors and mentors. They took me in, discipled me, and raised me up from confused zeal to sturdy faith.

In the years that followed, I was blessed to be welcomed into a thriving church family, meet the woman who would become my wife, and become an uncle to many wonderful nieces and nephews. My leaders diligently and graciously supported me, agreeing with and honoring what God was doing in my life. They permitted me to preach from their pulpit, and to start multiple ministries under their covering.  Most notably, they encouraged me to pursue the most important ministry work of my life; writing.
